Once these vines reach their peak, we carefully trim them, using the strongest and healthiest cuttings to transplant into our fields. This time-honored process ensures that each sweet potato we grow is nurtured from the very start, resulting in a harvest rich in flavor, quality, and tradition.

Our tractors place beds of sweet potatoes on the soil, covering them with dirt to sprout. To ensure ideal growth, we build greenhouses over them, creating warm hotbeds. In about 60 days, strong vines develop. Once ready, we cut them and carefully select the best vines for transplanting into the fields
